If you are planning to join the IEEE Interim Meeting we have provided some registration information below:

• Fees are payable by credit card only
• Payment of the registration fee is required for any individual who attends any meeting held during this session
• Registration fees are non-transferable
• Fees are in US dollars

• In-person and remote participation will be available for the session

Early Registration Fee

• USD $625.00 until December 20, 2025 – early Westin hotel block discount registration*
• USD $925.00 until December 20, 2025

Standard Registration Fee

• USD $925.00 start December 21, 2025 – standard Westin hotel discount registration*
• USD $1,125.00 start December 21, 2025

Late/Onsite Registration Fee

• USD $1,225.00 starting January 16, 2026 – late/onsite Westin hotel discount registration*
